Gold Card. When a unit member retires from the DISTRICT with at least fifteen (15) years of service, they shall be eligible to receive the benefits of the DISTRICT “Gold Card”. The “Gold Card” allows the retiree to continue receiving College campus discounts offered to active unit members and a waiver of parking fees of DISTRICT sites/facilities.
