Golf Course Starter Services. OPERATOR shall render and provide Golf Course starter services including, but not limited to, opening and closing the Golf Course at the times set forth in the Golf Course Manual, collecting all green and tournament fees in accordance with City cash handling procedures, taking reservations from the telephone, online and at the Golf Course and recording the reservations on starter sheets, placing golfers’ names on a call sheet as necessary and appropriate, sending golfers to the tee and starting them off at proper intervals, receiving requests from groups for tournaments, booking tournaments and collecting appropriate fees prior to each tournament’s starting date, coordinating tournament food and beverage needs, taking all actions as necessary and appropriate to speed play on the Golf Course, entering each golfer’s name on the automated tee sheet to the extent feasible, selling/issuing resident cards, verifying resident status when checking in golfers and issuing a receipt to each golfer upon payment of the applicable green fee. OPERATOR shall maintain a Point of Sale system that tracks all rounds played and fees collected by fee category on a daily basis. Such information shall be made available for review by the Director, as requested. OPERATOR shall schedule reserved starting times for tournaments in accordance with procedures established in the Golf Course Manual and by the Director.

Golf Course Starter Services. Operator shall provide welcome greeter at the first tee. Operator is also required to render and provide golf course starter services. Said services are to include, but not limited to: open and close the golf course at the appropriate time; collect greens fees; collect golf tournament fees; accept reservations from the telephone and from patrons at the course and record same on starter sheets; place golfer’s names on a call sheet as necessary; send golfers to the tee, and start them off at proper intervals in groups of four, three and two as applicable; receive requests from groups for tournaments, book tournaments and collect appropriate fees; take all actions necessary to speed play on course; enter all golfers names on the starter’s sheet and issue a cash register receipt to each golfer as greens fees are paid; total golf starter sheet at end of each day’s play and reconcile with fee category totals on cash register detail tape; issue a golf cart rental receipt to golfers as rental fees are paid; and record in the daily log book the number of rounds of play and total amount of cash collected by fee category. Totals from the daily logbook on the number of rounds of play by fee categories shall be submitted to the Director, or his designee, on a recapitulation sheet once per month.

Such information shall be made available for review by the Parks Director, as requested. OPERATOR shall schedule reserved starting times for tournaments in accordance with procedures established in the Golf Course Manual. Totals on the number of rounds of play by fee categories and by resident/non-resident categories shall be submitted to CITY’s Parks and Recreation Department on a monthly basis using forms approved in writing by the Parks Director.

  • Quality Management Grantee will: 1. comply with quality management requirements as directed by the System Agency. 2. develop and implement a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that conforms with 25 TAC § 448.504 and make the QMP available to System Agency upon request. The QMP must be developed no later than the end of the first quarter of the Contract term. 3. update and revise the QMP each biennium or sooner, if necessary. Xxxxxxx’s governing body will review and approve the initial QMP, within the first quarter of the Contract term, and each updated and revised QMP thereafter. The QMP must describe Xxxxxxx’s methods to measure, assess, and improve - i. Implementation of evidence-based practices, programs and research-based approaches to service delivery; ii. Client/participant satisfaction with the services provided by Xxxxxxx; iii. Service capacity and access to services; iv. Client/participant continuum of care; and v. Accuracy of data reported to the state. 4. participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities as defined and scheduled by the state including, but not limited to data verification, performing self-reviews; submitting self-review results and supporting documentation for the state’s desk reviews; and participating in the state’s onsite or desk reviews. 5. submit plan of improvement or corrective action plan and supporting documentation as requested by System Agency. 6. participate in and actively pursue CQI activities that support performance and outcomes improvement. 7. respond to consultation recommendations by System Agency, which may include, but are not limited to the following: i. Staff training; ii. Self-monitoring activities guided by System Agency, including use of quality management tools to self-identify compliance issues; and iii. Monitoring of performance reports in the System Agency electronic clinical management system.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Standard Tenant Services Landlord shall provide the following services on all days (unless otherwise stated below) during the Lease Term. 6.1.1 Subject to limitations imposed by all governmental rules, regulations and guidelines applicable thereto, Landlord shall provide heating and air conditioning ("HVAC") when necessary for normal comfort for normal office use in the Premises from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. (collectively, the "Building Hours"), except for the date of observation of New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and, at Landlord's discretion, other locally or nationally recognized holidays (collectively, the "Holidays"); provided, however, Landlord acknowledges that, pursuant to Tenant's requirements, in no event shall Holidays include Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Day, Columbus Day or Veterans Day. The daily time periods identified hereinabove are sometimes referred to as the "Business Hours." 6.1.2 Landlord shall provide adequate electrical wiring and facilities and power for normal general office use as more specifically set forth on Schedule 3 to Exhibit B, attached hereto. Tenant shall pay directly to the utility company pursuant to the utility company's separate meters, the cost of all electricity provided to and/or consumed in the Premises (including normal and excess consumption and including the cost of electricity to operate the HVAC air handlers), which electricity shall be separately metered (as described above). Landlord may designate the electricity utility provider from time to time. 6.1.3 As part of Operating Expenses, Landlord shall replace lamps, starters and ballasts for Building standard lighting fixtures within the Premises. In addition, Tenant shall bear the cost of replacement of lamps, starters and ballasts for non-Building standard lighting fixtures within the Premises. 6.1.4 Landlord shall provide city water from the regular Building outlets for drinking, lavatory and toilet purposes, and for the Building's life safety systems. 6.1.5 Landlord shall provide janitorial services to the Premises five (5) days per week, except the date of observation of the Holidays, in and about the Premises and window washing services in a manner consistent with Comparable Buildings in the vicinity of the Project. 6.1.6 Landlord shall provide nonexclusive, non-attended automatic passenger elevator service during the Building Hours, shall have one elevator available at all other times, except on the Holidays. Tenant shall cooperate fully with Landlord at all times and abide by all regulations and requirements that Landlord may reasonably prescribe for the proper functioning and protection of the HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.

  • Project Staff Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work. Contractor shall make commercially reasonable efforts consistent with sound business practices to honor the specific request of the JBE with regard to assignment of its employees. The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal. Contractor may, with the JBE’s consent, continue to retain such member of the Project Staff in a role that does not interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or
