Resident Status. The Tenant must be a full-time University of Toronto student with a family that resides with the Tenant. Students must remain in Good Academic Standing as defined in the University of Toronto Mississauga Academic Calendar with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 1.50 or more and be registered as a full-time student (3.0 credits or more in the Fall/Winter session) to remain in residence at the University of Toronto Mississauga. Students who are placed on academic probation as defined in the University of Toronto Mississauga Academic Calendar, with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 1.50 or less, and/or part-time students (2.5 credits or less in the Fall/Winter session) will be considered for occupancy on an individual basis. Residence admission and termination decisions for students on academic probation will be made at the sole and absolute discretion of the Director of Residence & Student Life. Proof of spouse, partner, parent, primary care giver, familial relationship and/or employment status may be required to confirm status eligibility. If the Tenant fails to comply with clause (a) or (b) of this paragraph 5, the Tenant thereupon ceases to qualify for occupancy of the Lease Premises. Full time or permanent staff members are not eligible for residence.
Resident Status. (i) To remain in residence, all residents must remain in good standing as defined in the University of Toronto Mississauga Academic Calendar with a cumulative grade point average (hereinafter called the “CGPA”) of 1.50 or more and be registered as a full-time student with 3.0 credits or more combined over the course of the Fall/Winter sessions. (ii) For consideration for admission to residence for the 2024 summer term, Category A/B/C/E/F applicants, as defined in section 2.1 of this Agreement, must have achieved a minimum of 3.0 academic credits in the 2023-2024 year (Fall/Winter sessions only). Entry into this Agreement authorizes the Director of Student Housing & Residence Life or his/her designate(s) to verify academic standing for the purpose of determining admission and sustained eligibility for occupancy. (iii) Students who are on Academic Probation as defined in the University of Toronto Mississauga Academic Calendar, with a CGPA of less than 1.50, will be considered for occupancy on an individual basis. Residence admission and termination decisions for students on academic probation will be made at the discretion of the Director of Student Housing & Residence Life or his/her designate(s). (iv) Students graduating in the 2024 Spring Convocation may qualify for housing only during the first half of the summer session while they still retain their student status; (v) New incoming undergraduate students may qualify for housing during the second half of the summer session upon submission of proof confirming enrollment in courses for the upcoming academic year (Fall/Winter sessions); (vi) Other University full-time program status will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. (vii) Residents must pay all outstanding fees and charges from previous years prior to submitting a housing application and application fee for subsequent occupancy. Failure to do so may result in the denial of re-application and automatic forfeiture of the non-refundable application fee.
Resident Status. The De Anza College nursing program does not discriminate against students for any reason, including resident status. However, due to requirements of documentation of legal U.S. residency at some of our clinical sites, the nursing program cannot admit a student who is not a legal U.S. resident. Therefore, students who cannot produce proof of legal status upon admission are ineligible for the De Anza College nursing program. Students must be aware that the De Anza College nursing program is not obligated to]provide special accommodations for the clinical experience. The clinical experience of other students will not be interrupted, compromised, or altered in order to make a space for a student due to illegal residency issues. Failure to report lack of legal residency in the U.S. when admitted to the De Anza College nursing program will lead to immediate disqualification from the program.
Resident Status. Resident is employed as a resident physician in accordance with the terms of the Residency Agreement. Resident agrees to be bound by the terms of the Residency Agreement as modified and supplemented by this Addendum.
Resident Status. Each Lessor represents that he or she is not a non-resident of Canada within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and that if the Lessor’s status for income tax purposes changes, the Lessor will promptly notify the Lessee in writing. Subsequent to such notification, any payment made by or on behalf of the Lessee to the Lessor under this Lease will be made net of any deduction or withholding as required by the Income Tax Act (Canada) or any other applicable law.

During the period of the agreement, the chancellor of the Ohio Department of Higher Education will consider residents of Bracken, Lewis, Mason, and Xxxxxxxxx Counties who attend the Miami University Xxxxxxxx Campus, Miami University Middletown Campus, and University of Cincinnati-Clermont College, under this agreement as qualifying for Ohio resident tuition rates and as Ohio residents for the purpose of allocating funds to Miami University Hamilton Campus, Miami University Middletown Campus, and University of Cincinnati-Clermont College.
