Governing Principle. Matters relating to the recruitment, employment, management, dismissal, resignation, wages, welfare benefits, subsidies, labor insurance, social security and other matters concerning the staff of the Joint Venture shall be determined by the Board in accordance with the labor and social security laws and regulations of the PRC. The General Manager shall implement plans approved by the Board.
Governing Principle. Matters relating to the recruitment, employment, dismissal, resignation, wages and welfare of the staff and workers of the Company shall be handled in accordance with the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China (the "Labor Law") and related legislation. The Company shall have autonomy in determining its employment policies and related matters in accordance with Chinese legal regulations applicable to foreign invested enterprises. The Company shall seek to deal directly with its employees, without any external intermediary parties, and will cause the adoption of such personnel policies and practices as appropriate in order to reasonably achieve such results. The Company shall establish personnel practices that fairly reward employees for services rendered in a manner consistent with common business practices in their location of employment.
Governing Principle. (a) The powers and functions of the Committee will not provide any right for a Party to prevent or stop the development or operation of the LNG Precinct, a Proponent Project or the Project Rights.
(b) The powers and functions of the Committee will include processes for dealing with any dispute on the matters the subject of the Management Schedules.

The Company shall be entitled to full enterprise autonomy granted to foreign investment enterprises and shall have complete authority over the hiring and dismissal of its employees. The recruitment, employment, discipline, dismissal and resignation of the employees of the Company and their wages, salaries, insurance, welfare benefits and other matters shall be handled in accordance with the Laws and Regulations.

Matters relating to the recruitment, employment, dismissal, resignation, wages and welfare of the staff and workers of the Joint Venture Company shall be handled in accordance with the Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China and related Chinese laws and regulations (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Labor Laws”). The Board of Directors shall determine the labor rules and policies of the Joint Venture Company, and the General Manager shall implement, or shall supervise the implementation, of the labor rules and policies of the Joint Venture Company.

The JV Company shall be entitled to the full enterprise autonomy granted to foreign invested enterprises and shall have complete authority over the hiring and dismissal of its employees. The recruitment, employment, discipline, dismissal and resignation of the employees of the JV Company and their wages, salaries, insurance, welfare benefits and other matters shall be handled in accordance with the PRC Labor Law and other relevant PRC Laws.
Governing Principle. A Pilot's seniority shall govern the awarding of all positions the opportunity to qualify on other aircraft and/or change status and/or change base). A Pilot's seniority shall also govern retention in case of reductions in force and recall after xxxxxx (the most junior Pilot being the first to be laid off, the most senior Pilot being the last to be laid off and the first to be recalled), the awarding of the monthly schedule, and the choice of vacation periods.
Governing Principle. The monetary payments and other benefits designated by this Article are intended, so far as is practicable, to provide Xxxxxxx with the equivalent of the economic benefits that he would have received through December 31, 2003 and thereafter under the Executive Employment Agreement.

Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, a Pilot’s seniority shall govern all promotion and demotion, their retention in case of reduction in force, their assignment or reassignment due to expansion or reduction in schedules, their re- employment after release due to reduction in force, and their choice of vacancies, provided that Pilot's qualifications are sufficient for the operation to which he is to be assigned. In the event that a Pilot is considered by the Company not to be sufficiently qualified, the Company shall immediately notify the affected Pilot and the Association.
Governing Principle. Matters relating to the recruitment, employment, dismissal, resignation, wages and welfare of the staff of the JV Company shall be dealt with in accordance with the Labour Law of the PRC, the Labour Contract Law of the PRC, the Trade Union Law of the PRC and related Chinese laws and regulations (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Labour Laws”). The JV Company’s labour rules and policies shall be approved by the Board of Directors, and the implementation thereof shall be handled by the General Manager or under the General Manager’s supervision.
