Common use of Grade 4 Clause in Contracts

Grade 4. Grade This consent includes the use of the image, recorded on photographs and video recordings, to be presented in the School's promotional materials, in particular: in printed promotional materials, on the School's official website, on the websites of educational projects in which the School participates, e.g. seesaw, CAS projects. The School's official profiles in social media (especially Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Alumni Platform) and materials made available to other educational institutions and parents and teachers via Google Drive. This consent is free of charge and granted for an unlimited period of time and without territorial restrictions. This consent may be revoked at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the actions taken by the School before withdrawal of consent. In the case of materials with my/our and/or the Student(s)' creative contribution, the above consent also includes granting the School a free of charge licence, unlimited in time and territory, to use the aforementioned materials, together with permission to exercise dependent rights in the fields of exploitation indicated above.
