GRANTEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES. The Grantee and its representatives shall:
GRANTEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES. Grantee shall timely perform the Deliverables and Tasks described in this Section 3 and in Section 5 below, and in doing so, Grantee shall comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
GRANTEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES. In performing work under the Agreement, Grantee shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations relating to intellectual property, and shall not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights. It shall hold Grantor harmless from, and to the extent permitted by the laws and Constitution of the State of Texas, defend and indemnify Grantor against, any claims for infringement related to its work under the Agreement.
GRANTEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES. Grantee shall faithfully and expeditiously perform or cause to be performed all project work as described in Exhibit A, Project Work Plan and in accordance with, Exhibit B Project Budget, and Exhibit C, Schedule. Grantee shall comply with all of the terms and conditions of this Grant Agreement and with Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 75026 et seq.) of the California Public Resources Code.
GRANTEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES. In performing work under the Agreement, Xxxxxxx shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations relating to intellectual property, and shall not knowingly infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights. It shall hold Grantor harmless for, and to the extent permitted by the laws and Constitution of the State of Texas, defend and indemnify Grantor against, any claims for infringement related to its work under the Agreement.
GRANTEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES. Grantee agrees that the Program will be independent, non-promotional and free from commercial influence or bias. If the Funds will be used, in whole or in part, for a fellowship, public health fair or screening, medical mercy trip, or continuing medical education (CME) event, as detailed in the Program description set forth on Exhibit A, Grantee agrees to the additional terms and conditions set forth on Exhibit B, which is attached and incorporated by this reference. Grantee further agrees: • Grantee will disclose to Program participants, in Program literature or otherwise: (a) Foundation’s funding of the Program; and (b) any significant relationship between Grantee and Foundation and/or Xxxxxxx Lifesciences, and their respective affiliates. • Awards and scholarships, if any, shall not be attributed to, or named for, the Foundation or Xxxxxxx Lifesciences. • Grantee is solely responsible for the manner in which the Funds will be disbursed and recorded, and for all contractual and other relationships with third parties relating to the Program. Any claims for payment from third parties involved in the Program are Grantee’s sole responsibility.
GRANTEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES a. Grantee agrees to utilize, in a prudent and responsible manner, all monies made available by the City under this Agreement solely for costs incurred to accomplish the purpose identified in Section 2, above.

GRANTEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES. In accepting the above property, the Grantee (1) shall pay all in-country transportation and related costs to move and install the donation at the recipient's location and (2) agrees to maintain them in good working condition at its own expense. Also, if permits are required for this property, the Grantee will obtain them at its own expense. The U.S. Government shall be responsible for any and all transportation to get them in- country.
GRANTEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES. The Grantee monitors their own project and is responsible for reporting the progress of the project as stated in the Reporting and Payment Schedule (RPS). Grantee is also responsible of implementing the project as agreed in the contract made with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland (Ministry).
