GRANTING OF LICENCE. 3.1 The Contracting Party and its Affiliated Companies notified via MD+S interactive in accordance with Section 2.1 are hereby granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for the Non-Display Information Usage notified in accordance with Section 5.1 (a).
