Any users attempting to disseminate information and/or documentation obtained through the DocuNet system to third parties and representing in any way such records are certified by the Acadia Parish Clerk of Court for use in any proceeding where certified copies are required shall constitute a breach of this Service Agreement and shall further result in the immediate termination of this Service Agreement.
