Actual start times may be between 10:00p.m. and 1:00 a.m. Employees working a full eighteight (8) hour shift shall receive a shift differential of 15% over their regular rate when required to work graveyard shift. When the applicable Uptown Agreement affords employees eight (8) hours pay for working less than a full eight (8) hour shift, employees shall receive a shift differential of 10% over their regular rate when required to work graveyard shift.
