Common use of Grievance Committee Clause in Contracts

Grievance Committee. The Hospital will recognize a grievance committee comprising of members to be elected or appointed from the bargaining unit. One member shall be chairman. The purpose of the committee is to deal with grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement.
