Guide Roster. (a) Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties to this Agreement, a Guide Roster will be compiled which displays a work day and Rostered Day Off (RDO) pattern and starting and finishing times for each shift except for relief lines. (b) No entitlement to or expectation of earnings will arise from the Guide Roster. (c) Where enough employees at a depot volunteer to be allocated exclusively to the relief lines and rostered on an AM/PM Preference System, the Employer may maintain such a system at that depot. The Employer shall notify employees of the terms of any AM/PM Preference System or of any change to the system before employees volunteer to be rostered under that system.

Guide Roster. Each depot must have at least one Guide Roster per work group. This roster will permanently display all known working times, including sign-on and sign-off times, Blank Days as well as all RDOs (Rostered Days Off) in a depot. Home Depot Means the employee’s appointed operational base or temporary operational base. Household Member Means a person (e.g., an aunt, cousin, or close friend) who lives with the employee. This usually applies to people who live with the employee and have a long-standing and significant relationship with the employee.

Guide Roster. The employer will provide a guide roster showing the anticipated ordinary hours of work for each employee (other than a casual employee) over a discrete period of 8 calendar weeks. This roster is a guide only and is subject to train-schedule alterations effected by TRANSWA or the requirements of the company’s business needs.

Your eligibility for benefits is determined under the provisions of this agreement. Your right to appeal and take action is described in Appeals in Section 5. This agreement describes the benefits, exclusions, conditions and limitations provided under your plan. It shall be construed under and shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Rhode Island and federal law as amended from time to time. It replaces any agreement previously issued to you. If this agreement changes, an amendment or new agreement will be provided.
