GYM ACCESSAll bargaining unit members shall have 24/7 access to the California Hospital Medical Center gym at no cost. California Hospital Medical Center shall maintain the gym with cleaning and water services.

GYM ACCESS. Cendant will provide to all JH employees (current and new) continued access to the company gym at 1 Campus only. Employees utilizing the company gym must use the employee entrance at 1 Campus, located on the first floor.
GYM ACCESS. Each dependent, child or guest of a Member that is under the age of 16 and must be accompanied and supervised by the adult Member at all times while in the gym. Junior Members are prohibited from entering or using the gym.
GYM ACCESS. (i) Cendant will provide to all JH employees (current and new) continued access to the company gym at 1 Campus only. Employees utilizing the company gym must use the employee entrance at 1 Campus, located on the first floor. (ii) Cendant will continue to process gym membership fees through payroll deductions on a bi-weekly basis through December 31, 2004, at which time all memberships to the company gym will cease. Cendant will require JH employees to enroll as new members beginning January, 2005 for a period of 8 months; payments must be made in full in the form of a check or money order made payable to Cendant Corporation. Cendant may also provide to JH additional services to be reasonably agreed upon by the parties on an as-needed basis and subject to the mutual agreement of fees to be charged for such services. Such services may include administrative fees based on ongoing support from the Cendant Benefits Team. Cendant Enterprise HR will provide support and guidance to JH for purposes of setting up new plans and policies associated with all HR processes.
GYM ACCESS. Gym members are able to access the gym during hours of operation. Hours of operation are subject to change.
GYM ACCESS. Where accessible and available, employees will have access to gym facilities or will be provided with a gym membership for use in the Employee’s own time.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time. Access will be provided at least daily. Zone files will include SRS data committed as close as possible to 00:00:00 UTC.

  • EU Access SAP will use only European Subprocessors to provide support requiring access to Personal Data in the Cloud Service and SAP shall not export Personal Data outside of the EEA or Switzerland unless expressly authorized by Customer in writing (e-mail permitted) on a case by case basis; or as excluded under Section 9.4.

  • WORK ACCESS The Association shall provide a current, written list of its Association Representatives to all heads of departments, offices, or bureaus represented herein and the CAO. An Association Representative shall have access to department, office, or bureau facilities where Unit members are employed during regular working hours to assist employees covered under this MOU in addressing grievances when such Association assistance is requested by a grievant(s) or to investigate matters arising out of the application of the provisions of this MOU. In the event immediate access cannot be authorized, the designated Management representative shall inform the Association Representative as to the earliest time when access can be granted. This Article shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the head of a department, office, or bureau to restrict access to areas designated for security or confidential purposes.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;

  • Service Access Access to the clinical parts of our Site is restricted to Users. Users of our Site are provided with unique User IDs by the Clinic with which they are associated and must choose a password of their choice to sign on to our Site. Users must provide personal contact information, and you must ensure that your information is kept up to date at all times. User IDs and passwords constitute an electronic signature and will be used by us to authenticate access to our Site. If a User opts to sign onto Xxxxxx.xxx, the User will be able to take advantage of the non- public sections of our Site. If a User opts not to sign onto our Site, their access to our Site will be restricted to the public sections of our Site only. If you are provided with a User ID, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any User ID at any time, if in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement. You may only use our Site as set out in this Agreement. Any illegal or unauthorized use of our Site shall constitute a violation of this Agreement. You do not have permission to access our Site in any way that violates this Agreement or breaches any applicable law. You agree to keep your and your Patients’ Data accurate, current and complete. You may print off or download extracts of page(s) from our Site for your use in Patient care or insertion into a Patient’s electronic health records only.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services. Failure to ensure that Customer provides Dell with timely access to a Site will relieve Dell of the Support Services obligations and Dell may also, at Dell’s discretion, suspend the APEX Service.
