Section 17.8. 15 Employees required to remain overnight on District business shall be reimbursed for room and board
Section 17.8. 41 Errors in underpayment and overpayment of employee salaries based on salary schedule misplacement 42 shall be corrected retroactively to the first day of the fiscal year in which District had actual knowledge of 43 the error. Claims for backpay or recoupment of overpayment based on salary schedule misplacement 44 shall be limited to this same period of time.
Section 17.8 mutually agreed that all bargaining unit members will participate in start-up day activities, prior to 22 the beginning of the instructional year.
Section 17.8. 19 In the event the work year exceeds the 260-day normal work year the District will schedule non-paid 20 work day(s) as follows: For the 261st day – the day after Christmas; for the 262nd day – the day after 21 July 4th Holiday.”
Section 17.8. 11 Any employee required by the District to travel from one site to another in a private vehicle during 12 working hours shall be reimbursed at the current State rate for such travel on a per-mile basis.
Section 17.8. 15 Employees shall be reimbursed for the cost of required renewal of licenses or permits (excluding the 16 basic driver's license) which are required for performance of duties within the employee's assignment.
Section 17.8. 20 New employees hired after September 1, 2004 shall be required to enroll in the District’s automatic 21 payroll deposit program.
Section 17.8. 22 Any employee required to travel from one site to another in a private motor vehicle during work hours 23 shall be reimbursed for such travel on a per-mile basis established by District policy for all of its 24 employees.
Section 17.8. 5 The District and the Association acknowledge that they have bargained with respect to all terms and 6 conditions of employment. The District and the Association acknowledge that their agreements are fully set 7 forth herein, that the omission of any reference to any aspect of the terms and conditions of employment is 8 intended to be a waiver of the right to bargain with respect to the particular subject during the term of this 9 Agreement. 13 A R T I C L E X V I I I 15 NO STRIKE AGREEMENT 16 18 There shall not be authorized any strike, slowdown or any other stoppage of work by the Association 19 regardless of whether an unfair labor practice is alleged. The District shall not lock out employees covered 20 by this Agreement. Should a strike, slowdown, or stoppage by the Association members occur, the 21 Association shall immediately instruct its members to return to work. If the employees do not resume work 22 as required by the Agreement immediately upon being so instructed, they shall be subject to discipline,
Section 17.8. 41 Employees that have the majority of their regularly scheduled shift after 3:00 p.m. shall receive a shift 42 differential stipend per schedule A. Such differential shall be in addition to the employee's regular 43 salary, as reflected on Schedule A. 46 Each employee with fifteen (15) years or more of service shall receive an additional stipend added to 47 their individual salaries, as reflected on Schedule A.
