Hangar Doors. All hangar doors will be inspected, cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted at intervals recommended by the manufacturer and as needed to ensure smooth operation.

Hangar DoorsXxxxxx agrees the T-Hangar doors shall be closed and the lights turned off when the T-Hangar is unattended. If the hangar is equipped with electric doors, Lessee must remain at the door during operation. Any damage due to leaving the door unattended during operation will be the sole responsibility of the Lessee.
Hangar Doors. The T-Hangar space is equipped with (electrically or manually) operated (sliding or bi-fold) type hangar doors providing access for Tenant’s aircraft to the T-Hangar space. Tenant agrees to cause the operation of said hangar doors to provide said access. The maintenance of the hangar doors, however, shall be the joint responsibility of the Tenant and the Landlord. The Landlord shall cause said doors to be operable at the commencement of this Lease. Thereafter, any necessary repairs shall be made at the joint expense of both parties; each party paying one- half the cost of said repairs except that the Tenant shall be responsible for no more than $500.00 per year for said repairs. The Tenant shall, however, be responsible for the cost of all necessary repairs of property that is damaged by the Tenant or resulting from the Tenant’s misuse of the premises. Tenant agrees to close the T-Hangar door when not at the T-Hangar and acknowledges responsibility for any damages occurring in said T-Hangar space and will hold the Landlord harmless for any damages or injuries occurring in said T-Hangar space, and further acknowledges Tenant’s responsibility for any damage by reason of said door being left unattended and open.
Hangar Doors. Lessee agrees to keep hangar doors closed when wind gusts over forty (40) knots are occurring or forecast. Repair and maintenance of all parts of a hangar including the hangar doors, electrical and lights shall be performed by Airport Staff.
Hangar Doors. Hangar doors shall be maintained in working condition and in good repair. Door motors and drive gear shall be maintained in good working order and replaced as needed. Doors beyond repair shall be replaced. The doors shall be inspected, at the sole cost of the Second Party, by a licensed inspector acceptable to the CAA periodically throughout the assets’ lifecycle over the Term. Should such inspector advise that any or all doors or door hardware need to be replaced, said replacement(s) shall be effected by the Second Party at the sole cost of the Second Party.

  • Doors Exterior doors may not be propped open for safety and security reasons. Students may be referred to the student conduct system if found propping these doors. Doors marked as emergency exits may only be used for emergency purposes other than during University-sanctioned move-in days.

  • Dewatering (a) Where the whole of a site is so affected by surface water following a period of rain that all productive work is suspended by agreement of the Parties, then dewatering shall proceed as above with Employees so engaged being paid at penalty rates as is the case for safety rectification work. This work is typically performed by Employees engaged within CW1, CW2 or CW3 classifications. When other Employees are undertaking productive work in an area or areas not so affected then dewatering will only attract single time rates. (b) Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, appropriate Employees shall assist in the tidying up of their own work site or area if it is so affected. Where required, appropriate Employees will be provided with the appropriate PPE. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected. (c) To avoid any confusion any ‘dewatering’ time which prevents an Employee from being engaged in their normal productive work is not included in any calculation for the purposes of determining whether an Employee is entitled to go home due to wet weather (refer clauses 32.4 and 32.5)

  • Removable media devices All electronic files that contain DHCS PHI or PI data must be encrypted when stored on any removable media or portable device (i.e. USB thumb drives, floppies, CD/DVD, smartphones, backup tapes etc.). Encryption must be a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as AES.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Central Office Switch A switch used to provide Telecommunications Services, including, but not limited to, an End Office Switch or a Tandem Switch. A Central Office Switch may also be employed as a combination End Office/Tandem Office Switch.

  • Towing Contractor shall meet all requirements set forth in Title 46 CFR, Part 15 for Towing Assistance. Unless otherwise specified in the work request, Purchasers require a dead-ship tow plan to be approved by the Coast Guard in accordance with the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee for vessels over 50-feet, unless the Coast Guard deems the plan unnecessary. Contractor is responsible to obtain a tow plan and provide Purchaser with an approved copy at least one (1) business day prior to the tow. The plan is located on the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee’s website under the Safety Plan link on the left side of the page (xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/about). This site will have the most update version of the plan.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If ECI chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, ECI’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by ECI to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 ECI shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from ECI’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office ECI utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow ECI’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.

  • Evacuation (1) If the Combatant Commander orders a mandatory evacuation of some or all personnel, the Government will provide assistance, to the extent available, to United States and third country national Contractor personnel. (2) In the event of a non-mandatory evacuation order, unless authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer, the Contractor shall maintain personnel on location sufficient to meet obligations under this contract.
