Health Matters. To the Company's knowledge, each of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxx Xxxxxx is in good health as of the Closing.
Health Matters. The Pupil’s Health: The Head of School (Primary Phase)/Principal may at any time require a medical opinion or certificate as to the pupil’s general physical and mental health. Parents will be asked to complete a form of medical declaration concerning the pupil’s health and must inform The Head of School (Primary Phase)/Principal in writing if the pupil develops any known medical condition, health problem, allergy, physical disability or will be unable to take part in games or sporting activities or has been in contact with infectious diseases. Those with parental responsibility may be recommended to arrange a medical examination for a pupil. The School Health Adviser is available to offer advice and to refer pupils to other agencies as appropriate. Medicines such as inhalers or epipens may be kept by the school for emergency use. These must be clearly labelled with the pupil’s name, must be in date and must be accompanied by a letter of consent from the parent/carer. You will also need to complete an Administration of Medicines Consent Form that you can collect from Reception before the school can hold and, if needed, administer medication. Such medicines may only be used by the student for whom they are prescribed. Students are not permitted to use medicines
Health Matters. Section 2.20 of the Disclosure Schedule sets forth a ------------ true and complete list of each health authority (including, without limitation, the Department of Health) which either has conducted within the past two years, or has informed either Company that it intends to conduct, a review, visit or investigation of any of the Companies' sites that culminated, or will culminate, in a written report or is otherwise known to the Sellers or the Companies, including the date and specific subject matter of such review, visit or investigation. In the case of a completed review, visit or investigation, a detailed summary of the authority's findings is included in Section 2.20 of the ------------ Disclosure Schedule. There is no existing, or to the knowledge of the Sellers or the Companies threatened, orders or requests by any health authority requiring or requesting action by either Company in connection with the operation of the Business. The Sellers and the Companies have provided the Buyer with true and complete copies of all correspondence with any health authority in connection with the operation of the Business.
Health Matters. In the event of a serious illness or death of the Employee or a member of the Employee’s immediate family, CryptoLogic will provide travel for the Employee and the Employee’s family to Canada. For purposes of this provision “immediate family” means the employee’s spouse, children, siblings, parents, parents-in-law, grandparents or grandparents-in law. In the event the Employee or the Employee’s family member requires medical care not normally available or adequate in Dublin, the Employer will pay travel costs to the nearest location providing such care for the Employee and his family. Until such time as the Employee is able to arrange for a family doctor and dentist in Dublin, the Company shall reimburse the Employee for any costs and expenses incurred thereby in respect of private health and dental care for the Employee and his immediate family.

(a) The first sentence of Section 7.05 of the lease form, the first three sentences of Section 7.05(a) of the lease form and the first two sentences of Section 7.05(b) of the lease form shall all be deleted. The words "arising out of Tenant's operations" shall be added after the word "authorities" in Section 7.05(e) of the lease form.
Health Matters. Upon initial employment all employees shall provide satisfactory medical evidence of physical fitness to perform assigned duties. Required medical examinations shall be at the expense of the Employer.
