Common use of Health - New Employees Only Clause in Contracts

Health - New Employees Only. Each new employee shall have on file a health certificate indicating the individual's physical fitness for his/her duties from a licensed doctor of medicine within thirty (30) days of employment. Employment in any position shall be contingent upon filing this certificate with the Superintendent. Employees will be reimbursed for their examination at the conclusion of a satisfactory probationary period for the usual and normal cost of such examination.
