HEALTH PROGRAMME. 13.01 (a) Periodic health examinations may be scheduled by the Employer. These examinations may include chest x-rays and/or tests for tuberculosis as specified in Clause 56 of the General Regulations under the Public Hospitals Act. Nurses will have the privilege of examination by their family physician except for pre-employment physical.

An employee who contacts Staphylococcus infection shall receive full treatment and medication at the expense of the Hospital.
