Common use of Hearing Examinations Clause in Contracts

Hearing Examinations. Hearing examinations required pursuant to the Workers Compensation Industrial Health and Safety Regulations shall be conducted during working hours without loss of pay. Where an employee is required to be examined on other than their regularly scheduled workday, they shall receive time off equivalent to the duration of the examination plus travel time upon proceeding directly to and from the examination.
