Helplines. 2.15.1 The PTS Provider intended channel for all Authorised Customer contract is via the Prime Contractor. To the extent that the PTS Provider receives calls from Authorised Customers it shall refer them to the appropriate Prime Contractor Helpline. The PTS Provider shall also give Retailers details of the Prime Contractor Helpline to refer Authorised Customers to, and shall not offer advice or engage with Authorised Customers in non-transactional queries that need specialist support. This will be reinforced in the Retailer handbook.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.
