COUNSELLING SERVICE. 32.1 The Company recognises that, from time to time, Employees may wish to seek confidential advice and guidance from a professional counsellor on matters of a personal nature arising from their employment with the Company. The cost of this service, currently provided by OCAR, will be borne by the Company. 32.2 The Company reserves the right to change the provider of this service at any time. 32.3 The Company will undertake to inform all existing and new Employees of the range and scope of the counselling service.

However, where such a person is deployed as a Second Engineer (and like any other Engineer may be required to perform minor electrical work) then they are paid for the position in which they are serving.
