COUNSELLING SERVICE. Members of the bargaining unit are entitled to use the services of the Careers and Counselling Centres. In the event that counselling services are no longer offered by the University, the Employer agrees to seek other agencies to supply similar services.

COUNSELLING SERVICE. 1.1.2.1 The Contracting Authority offers a counselling service in the form of an EAP (Employee Assistance Provider) for all staff to access if they need personal support. EAP provides professional support and advice to individuals on concerns affecting them in the workplace, as well as dealing with personal issues, which may have an impact on staff health and wellbeing at work.
COUNSELLING SERVICE. 32.1 The Company recognises that, from time to time, Employees may wish to seek confidential advice and guidance from a professional counsellor on matters of a personal nature arising from their employment with the Company. The cost of this service, currently provided by OCAR, will be borne by the Company.
32.2 The Company reserves the right to change the provider of this service at any time.
32.3 The Company will undertake to inform all existing and new Employees of the range and scope of the counselling service.
COUNSELLING SERVICE. 36.1 The Company shall continue to provide to all Employees and their families an independent confidential counselling service to be the first recourse in relation to any stress/addiction/problem including in home or workplace relationships that may, if untreated, affect performance in the workplace. SECTION 37 LEAVE FOR CONSULTATION MEETING 37.1 SeaRoad Shipping shall allow such Deck Officers as the Master deems not necessary for the proper running and operation of the Vessel to attend any Company authorised Employee meeting held on the last Tuesday of each month between the hours of 0800hrs and 1200hrs without any deduction from the Deck Officer’s salary.
37.2 This clause shall not apply in the case of a Vessel due to sail at or before noon on the day of the meeting or when, for the safety of the ship, the Master deems it necessary that all Deck Officers should be on board.

55.1. A person with electrical qualifications and appropriate Marine Engineer qualifications deployed to the Vessel primarily for reason of possession of their electrical qualifications will be paid as if for a First Engineer. However, where such a person is deployed as a Second Engineer (and like any other Engineer may be required to perform minor electrical work) then they are paid for the position in which they are serving.
