Higher Risk Individual in the Employee’s Household. Employees who themselves are not at higher risk but have someone in the household who is at higher risk of severe illness or death from COVID-19 as that term is defined by the Governor’s proclamation may choose to come to work at a District work site when required by the employee’s assignment or may choose to access any or all of the following benefits under the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA) or law:
i. Alternative assignment for work/services which may be provided from home, if available;
ii. EPSL with supplementation up to the employee’s regular daily salary if the employee’s salary exceeds the statutory EPSL cap ($200/day) by other paid leaves identified below;
iii. Leave for illness, injury or emergency;
iv. Personal leave; and
v. Leave of absence for the duration of the COVID19 pandemic crisis.
Higher Risk Individual in the Employee’s Household. Employees who themselves are not at higher risk but have someone in the household who is at higher risk of severe illness or death from COVID-19 as that term is defined by the Governor’s proclamation may choose to come to work at a District work site when required by the employee’s assignment or may choose to access any or all of the following benefits under the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA) or law:
i. Alternative assignment for work/services which may be provided from home, if available (see paragraph j below);
ii. EPSL with supplementation up to the employee’s regular daily salary if the employee’s salary exceeds the statutory EPSL cap ($200/day) by other paid leaves identified below;
iii. Leave for illness, injury or emergency;
iv. Personal leave; and
v. leave of absence for the 2020-21 school year.
Higher Risk Individual in the Employee’s Household. Employees who themselves are not at higher risk but have someone in the household who is at higher risk of severe illness or death from COVID-19 as that term is defined by the Governor’s proclamation may choose to come to work at a District work site when required by the employee’s assignment or may choose to apply for any or all of the following benefits as legally applicable under the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA) or law:
1. An accommodation to work remotely shall be provided if the essential functions in the job description for the employee are able to be performed remotely (see paragraph I below);
Higher Risk Individual in the Employee’s Household. Employees who themselves are not at higher risk but have someone in the household who is at higher risk of severe illness or death from COVID-19 and who are expected to report to the worksite may choose to access any or all of the following benefits for which they eligible under the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA) or law, provided that a health care provider has advised the person in the household to stay home or otherwise quarantine due to having COVID-19 or being high risk as that term is defined by the Governor's proclamation:
1. Alternative assignment for work/services which may be provided from home, if available (see paragraph J below);
2. EPSL with supplementation up to the employee's regular daily salary if the employee's salary exceeds the statutory EPSL cap ($200/day) by other paid leaves identified below, unless the employee opts not to supplement;
3. Wellness leave;
4. Vacation leave (only available under the terms of the ESP CBA); and
5. Unpaid leave of absence.
Higher Risk Individual in the Employee’s Household. 46 Employees who themselves are not at higher risk but have someone in the household who is at 47 higher risk of severe illness or death from COVID-19 [as that term is defined by the Governor’s 48 proclamation] may choose to come to work at a District work site when required by the 1 employee’s assignment or may choose to access any or all of the following benefits under the 2 terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA) or law:
Higher Risk Individual in the Employee’s Household. Employees who themselves are not at higher risk but have someone in the household who is at higher risk of severe illness or death to work at a District work site when required by the employee’s assignment or may choose to access any or all of the following benefits under the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA) or law:
a. Leave for illness, injury or emergency; b. Personal leave and/or vacation leave after all other leaves are exhausted and c. Unpaid leave of absence.
Higher Risk Individual in the Employee’s Household. Employees who themselves are not at higher risk but have someone in the household who is at higher risk of severe illness or death from COVID-19 based on a documented underlying health condition, defined by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and as specified in Governor Inslee’s Proclamation 20-46.2 may choose to come to work at a District work site when required by the employee’s assignment or may choose to access any or all of the following benefits under the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA) or law:
i. Alternative assignment for work/services which may be provided from home, if available (see 3.k-l below);
ii. EPSL with supplementation up to the employee’s regular daily salary if the employee’s salary exceeds the statutory EPSL cap ($200/day) by other paid leaves identified below with direction from a health care provider to self-isolate;
iii. Leave for illness;
iv. Personal leave; and
v. Approved unpaid leave of absence for the 2020-21 school year.
Higher Risk Individual in the Employee’s Household. Employees who themselves are not at higher risk but have someone in the household who is at higher risk of severe illness or death from COVID-19 as that term is defined by the Governor’s proclamation may choose to come to work at a District work site when required by the employee’s assignment or may choose to access any or all of the following benefits under the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA) or law:
i. Alternative assignment for work/services which may be provided from home, if available (see paragraph j below);
ii. Leave for illness, injury or emergency;
iii. Personal leave; and
iv. leave of absence for the 2020-21 school year.
Higher Risk Individual in the Employee’s Household. 3 Employees who themselves are not at higher-risk but have someone in the household (i.e., 4 someone with whom they share a residence) who is at higher risk of severe illness or death 5 from COVID-19, as that term is defined by the Governor’s Proclamation 20-46.2 or a 6 subsequent, binding proclamation, may choose to come to work at a District worksite when 7 required by the employee’s assignment or may choose to access any or all of the following 8 benefits under the terms of the CBA or law:
9 a. Alternative work assignment determined by the District that may be performed from 10 home, if available (see Section E, below).
11 b. EPSL with supplementation up to the employee’s regular daily salary if the 12 employee’s salary exceeds the statutory EPSL cap ($200 per day) by other paid leaves 13 identified in this section, below.
14 c. Leave for illness, injury, or emergency (i.e., accrued paid sick leave).
15 d. Personal or vacation leave, if available.
16 e. Leave of absence. 17
Higher Risk Individual in the Employee’s Household. Employees who themselves are not at higher risk but have someone in the household who is at higher risk or might be at an increased risk of severe illness or death from COVID-19 as that term is defined by the Governor’s proclamation may choose to come to work at a District work site when required by the employee’s assignment or may choose to access any or all of the following benefits under the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA) or law:
i. Alternative assignment for work/services which may be provided from home, if available (see paragraphs 3.j and k below);
ii. EPSL, if applicable, with supplementation up to the employee’s regular daily salary if the employee’s salary exceeds the statutory EPSL cap ($200/day) by other paid leaves identified below;
iii. Leave for illness, injury or emergency;
iv. Personal leave; and
v. leave of absence for the 2020-21 school year.
