Higher Wage Rates Sample Clauses

The Higher Wage Rates clause establishes the conditions under which increased wage rates will be recognized and compensated within a contract. Typically, this clause applies when labor costs rise due to changes in law, collective bargaining agreements, or other external factors, and it outlines how such increases are to be documented and reimbursed. Its core function is to ensure that contractors or service providers are fairly compensated for mandatory wage increases, thereby preventing disputes and maintaining the financial viability of the contract.
