HIV/AIDS. The Code of Good Practice on Key Aspects of HIV/AIDS and Employment as set out in Annexure A to this agreement shall be policy in the industry.
HIV/AIDS. 52.1 The Employer recognizes that HIV/AIDS is a workplace issue and will be treated within the office like any other serious illness or condition.
HIV/AIDS. If HIV/AIDS information is to be disclosed under this Agreement, the Business Associate acknowledges that it has been informed of the confidentiality requirements of Public Health Law Article 27‐F.
HIV/AIDS. Integration of HIV/AIDS activities into existing health services and the introduction and/or strengthening of prevention of mother to child transmission (PMTCT) and of highly active anti-retroviral therapy (HAART).

HIV/AIDS. This means the assured carrying a human immunodeficiency type virus or antibodies to such a virus.

Infection with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus and any mutation thereof and/or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (“AIDS”) and any symptoms relating thereto or illnesses arising therefrom. AIDS includes any cancer or infection in an HIV-infected person who, on or at any time before the date of service, had a CD4 T-cell count below 200 cells per microliter. HIV/AIDS costs may only be claimed under the HIV/AIDS section of the benefits schedule, and no other type of benefit under this policy provides coverage in connection with HIV/AIDS. H
HIV/AIDS i. The employer shall in consultation with the union establish a workplace HIV and AIDS policy providing guidance, protecting rights and extending services to all categories of workers regardless of their employment contracts, sexual orientation, countries of origin, gender, nationality status, spiritual beliefs, age and marital status.
HIV/AIDS. If the Service Agreement requires the Use or Disclosure of PHI that contains HIV/AIDS information, Business Associate acknowledges that it has been informed of the confidentiality requirements of Public Health Law Article 27-F. Business Associate shall notify its agents and/or Subcontractors concerning all applicable confidentiality requirements.
HIV/AIDS. Veidekke undertakes to raise awareness of the HIV/AIDS problem and of the prevention programme in compliance with the ILO HIV/AIDS code of practice and according to policy and practice already established in Veidekke.
