HIV/AIDS. The Code of Good Practice on Key Aspects of HIV/AIDS and Employment as set out in Annexure A to this agreement shall be policy in the industry.
HIV/AIDS. If HIV/AIDS information is to be disclosed under this agreement, the business associate acknowledges that it has been informed of the confidentiality requirements of Public Health Law Article 27-F.

1. Contractor will give xxntinuous attention to performance of its obligations herein for the duration of this Agreement and with me intent that the contracted services shall be provided and reports submitted in a timely manner as SDOH may prescribe.
2. Contractor will possess, at no cost to the State, all qualifications, licenses and permits to engage in the required business as may be required within the jurisdiction where the work specified is to be performed. Workers to be employed in the performance of this Agreement will possess the qualifications, training, licenses and permits as may be required within such jurisdiction.
