HIV/AIDS. The Code of Good Practice on Key Aspects of HIV/AIDS and Employment as set out in Annexure A to this agreement shall be policy in the industry.
HIV/AIDS. If HIV/AIDS information is to be disclosed under this Agreement, Business Associate acknowledges that it has been informed of the confidentiality requirements of Public Health Law Article 27-F.
HIV/AIDS. The Employer recognizes that HIV/AIDS is a workplace issue and will be treated within the office like any other serious illness or condition.

HIV/AIDS. Integration of HIV/AIDS activities into existing health services and the introduction and/or strengthening of prevention of mother to child transmission (PMTCT) and of highly active anti-retroviral therapy (HAART).

Infection with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus and any mutation thereof and/or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (“AIDS”) and any symptoms relating thereto or illnesses arising therefrom. HIV/AIDS costs may only be claimed under the HIV/AIDS section of the benefits schedule, and no other type of benefit under this policy provides coverage in connection with HIV/AIDS.

1. Contractor will give xxntinuous attention to performance of its obligations herein for the duration of this Agreement and with me intent that the contracted services shall be provided and reports submitted in a timely manner as SDOH may prescribe.
2. Contractor will possess, at no cost to the State, all qualifications, licenses and permits to engage in the required business as may be required within the jurisdiction where the work specified is to be performed. Workers to be employed in the performance of this Agreement will possess the qualifications, training, licenses and permits as may be required within such jurisdiction.
HIV/AIDS. If the Service Agreement requires the Use or Disclosure of PHI that contains HIV/AIDS information, Business Associate acknowledges that it has been informed of the confidentiality requirements of Public Health Law Article 27-F. Business Associate shall notify its agents and/or Subcontractors concerning all applicable confidentiality requirements.
