Holiday on Vacation. When a recognized holiday falls during an employees’ scheduled vacation, the employee may elect to receive an additional day's pay at his basic rate in lieu of the holiday. Failing such election, he shall be entitled to an additional day of vacation at a time to be arranged between the employee and his department.
