Holiday Overtime Pay. An employee who works on a holiday shall be paid at the time and one half (l-l/2) rate in addition to the employee’s regular pay except that work performed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s shall be compensated at double the employee’s regular rate of pay, in addition to any regular pay for that day.
