HOLIDAY SCHEDULE – CUSTODIANS/MAINTENANCE/GROUNDS. January 1stNew Year’s Day January 15th – Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx’x Birthday * The 3rd Monday in February – Presidents’ Day The day designated as Good Friday The day designated as Easter Monday *Last Monday in May – Known as Memorial Day July 4th – Know as Independence Day The 1st Monday in September – Known as Labor Day The 2nd Monday in October – Known as Columbus Day * November 11th – Known as Armistice Day, now known as Veteran’s Day * The 4th Thursday in November – Known as Thanksgiving Day Day after Thanksgiving December 24th – All employees covered by this agreement will not be required to work on Christmas Eve December 25th – Known as Christmas December 31st – If it falls on regular workday – 7am – 11am (4 hour work day) General Election Day in November * * If school is in session on days marked, custodians may be required to work but will be given a compensatory day off for each day worked. The day will be mutually scheduled by the custodian and supervisor. If any of the above holidays fall on Saturday, the preceding Friday will be designated as the holiday. If any of the above holidays fall on a Sunday, the Monday after will be designated as the holiday.

  • Records Maintenance; Access Contractor shall maintain all financial records relating to this Contract in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. In addition, Contractor shall maintain any other records, books, documents, papers, plans, records of shipments and payments and writings of Contractor, whether in paper, electronic or other form, that are pertinent to this Contract (“Records”) in such a manner as to clearly document Contractor's performance. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that Agency and the Oregon Secretary of State's Office and the federal government and their duly authorized representatives will have access to such financial records and other Records that are pertinent to this Contract, whether in paper, electronic or other form, to perform examinations and audits and make excerpts and transcripts. Contractor shall retain and keep accessible all such financial records and other Records for a minimum of 6 years, or such longer period as may be required by applicable law, following final payment and termination of this Contract, or until the conclusion of any audit, controversy or litigation arising out of or related to this Contract, whichever date is later.

  • Routine Maintenance Services PM1.03.2-1 Respond immediately to restrict all access to Highway Crossing Infrastructure, as directed by the Province.

  • Janitorial Services or Building Maintenance Services If this Agreement is for janitorial or building maintenance services, this section is applicable. If this Agreement requires Contractor to perform Services at a new site, Contractor shall retain for sixty (60) days all employees currently employed at that site by any previous contractor that performed the same services at the site. Contractor shall provide upon request information sufficient to identify employees providing janitorial or building maintenance services at each site and to make the necessary notifications required under Labor Code section 1060 et seq.

  • RECORDS MAINTENANCE The CONTRACTOR shall maintain books, records, documents, data and other evidence relating to this contract and performance of the services described herein, including but not limited to accounting procedures and practices that sufficiently and properly reflect all direct and indirect costs of any nature expended in the performance of this contract. CONTRACTOR shall retain such records for a period of six years following the date of final payment. At no additional cost, these records, including materials generated under the contract, shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection, review or audit by the AGENCY, personnel duly authorized by the AGENCY, the Office of the State Auditor, and federal and state officials so authorized by law, regulation or agreement. If any litigation, claim or audit is started before the expiration of the six (6) year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims, or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.

In addition, Grantee must maintain any other records, whether in paper, electronic or other form, pertinent to this Grant in such a manner as to clearly document Grantee’s performance. All financial records and other records, whether in paper, electronic or other form, that are pertinent to this Grant, are collectively referred to as “Records.” Grantee acknowledges and agrees Agency and the Oregon Secretary of State's Office and the federal government and their duly authorized representatives will have access to all Records to perform examinations and audits and make excerpts and transcripts.   • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

Except for emergency situations, unit members must complete the absence request form which includes obtaining their administrator’s written approval prior to taking leave.   • FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate. Unless set forth in this Specification 3, any reference to a specific time refers to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Monthly reports shall consist of data that reflects the state of the registry at the end of the month (UTC).

  • PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS Work being done under a resulting Authorized User Agreement may be subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the New York State Labor Law. SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes, additions and/or updates to the documents attached as Appendix G - Processes and Forms Templates without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages. These specifications will be provided by the Contractor at no cost.
