Holiday-Vacation Overlap. If a holiday, as defined in Article 6 of this Agreement, occurs during the unit member's paid vacation period, the holiday shall not be deducted from the individual's vacation allowance.

Holiday-Vacation Overlap. When a holiday falls within a nurse' s vacation period, and she is absent from work because of her vacation, she will be paid that holiday and the day shall not count as a vacation day. Recognized County holidays, falling within the vacation period, are not considered vacation days.
