Holiday. (a) In the case of a shift that does not commence and end in the same day, the twenty- four (24) hour period commencing from the time at which the shift commenced if more than one-half of the shift falls on a day designated as a holiday in this Agreement. (b) In any other case, the twenty-four (24) hour period commencing 0001 hours of a day designated as a holiday in this agreement.
