Common use of Holidays and Vacation Clause in Contracts

Holidays and Vacation. Executive shall receive no less than four (4) weeks of paid vacation per year, which cannot be taken in one four (4) week increment, but which shall accrue if not used in any year and be paid to Executive or carried forward to subsequent years consistent with Company policy and will receive paid Company holidays in accordance with Company policy.

In addition to such paid vacation, Executive shall receive all paid Company holidays in accordance with Company policy.
