Common use of Holidays and Vacation Clause in Contracts

Holidays and Vacation. Executive shall be eligible to accrue up to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per year and will receive paid Company holidays in accordance with Company policy. Unless otherwise required by law or in accordance with Company policy, accrued but unused vacation time is not carried forward from one year to the next, and is not paid out upon termination of employment for any reason. All available time off must be used in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures. To the extent Executive would be entitled to a greater number of vacation days or personal days under any other Company policy, such other policy shall govern.
