Common use of Holidays and Vacation Clause in Contracts

Holidays and Vacation. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to the same paid holidays as other employees of the Company. The Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation and other absences from work that are reasonably consistent with the performance of the Executive’s duties as provided in this Agreement. Such vacations and absences shall be consistent with those generally provided to other senior executives of the Company.

Holidays and Vacation. During the Period of EmploymentEmployment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to holidays and vacation in accordance with the same paid holidays as policies of the Company applicable to other employees of the Company. The Company generally; provided, that Executive shall be entitled to accrue at least ten (10) paid holidays and twenty-five (25) paid vacation and other absences from work that are reasonably consistent with the performance of the Executive’s duties as provided in this Agreement. Such vacations and absences shall be consistent with those generally provided to other senior executives of the Companydays annually.
