HOURS OF DAILY, WEEKLY AND OVERTIME WORK. 9.01 (a) This article provides the basis for the calculation of any payment for overtime, and shall not be read or construed as a guarantee of hours of work per day or a guarantee of days of work per week. A week means the period between midnight on Saturday and midnight on the immediately following Saturday. A day means a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive hours.
