Common use of Hours of Service, Duty Day, Duty Week, and Duty Year Clause in Contracts

Hours of Service, Duty Day, Duty Week, and Duty Year. Recognizing the unique, changing and irregular nature of the ECFE program, hours of service, duty day, duty week and duty year shall be as assigned by the School District and modified from time to time based upon the needs of the program. ECFE teachers shall receive one (1) hour of prep time for every five (5) hours of class time.
