HOURS OF SERVICE, DUTY DAY, DUTY WEEK, DUTY YEAR. Recognizing that the unique, changing, and irregular nature of the ECFE/SR program, hours of service, duty day, duty week, and duty year shall be assigned by the school district and modified from time-to-time based upon the needs of the program. For the duration of this contract (2019-2021), School Readiness/Bright Beginnings teachers will work one of two basic duty days:

Related to HOURS OF SERVICE, DUTY DAY, DUTY WEEK, DUTY YEAR

  • Hours of Service The minimum number of Hours of Service an Employee must complete during a vesting computation period to receive credit for a Year of Service is: (Choose (c) or (d)) [X] (c) 1,000 Hours of Service.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Consultant shall complete the Services on or before December 31, 2019 (the “Deadline”), unless the Authority agrees to extend the Deadline for good reason; provided, however, that the Authority may terminate this Contract at any time in accordance with Section 14. Time is of the essence in performance of this Contract. There will be no obligation established between Authority and the Consultant for performance of the Services until Authority provides the Consultant execution of this Contract and receipt by the Authority of appropriate Certificates of Insurance and other documentation as may be required herein. The term of this Contract (“Term”) shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on the first to occur of the following: (1) the Deadline, as the same may have been extended by the Authority, (2) the date on which, in the opinion of Authority, all of the Services have been rendered, (3) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Authority pursuant to Section 14, or (4) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Consultant pursuant to Section 14.

  • Duty Days The duty days for employees of the Board shall be as indicated in Appendix A, Schedule of Classifications. The Board will require 190 duty days for ten-month employees, 212 duty days for 11-month employees, 249 duty days for 12-month employees. In the event that the Board of Education or the Superintendent closes the school system to all employees during the Winter Break, bargaining unit members who would otherwise be required to work shall be placed on paid Administrative Leave and those days will be counted as duty days.
