Hours of Work - Regular Operators. a) Hours of work schedules shall be based on either: 🞟 a 5 day work week, 40 hours per week, with 2 days off; or 🞟 a 4 day work week, 40 hours per week, with 3 days off. b) Off days will be consecutive, wherever possible. c) An unpaid break of at least 30 minutes will be provided in each shift in excess of 5 consecutive hours, except where unforeseen or unpreventable circumstances occur.
