Housestaff Senior Partnership Committee. A. The Parties will establish a HSO’s Senior Partnership Committee (HSPC) consisting of an equal number of (but not less than four (4) each) PHT executive level staff and Union leadership, within sixty (60) days of the effective date of this Agreement. PHT’s Chief Physician Executive, Chief Operating Officer and UM’s Graduate Education Director as well as CIR’s Area Director, shall be members of the HSPC. The PHT’s Chief Physician Executive and CIR designee shall be co-chairs of the HSPC. The HSPC may expand the Partnership to include representatives of other parties as necessary, as agreed to by the labor and management representatives on the HSPC. The responsibilities of the HSPC include establishing: The initial initiatives of the Partnership shall be 1) Primary Care 2) Patient Experience 3) Improve residency engagement 4) Improve residency experience at Xxxxxxx. A diverse workforce that reflects the patient population has been demonstrated to lead to better patient outcomes. Social, cultural, and linguistic competency creates a setting for better medical treatment and patient satisfaction. The Union and the Hospital support equal opportunity in the recruitment and retention of minority physicians at PHT in improving patient care. To this end, the HSPC will create a Minority Inclusion Task Force with equal members of Xxxxxxx executive level management, CIR representatives, and GME representatives in order to retain minority Housestaff and create a more inclusive learning and clinical environment; and use monies from the Housestaff Involvement, Education, & Community Outreach Fund in order to achieve these goals. The HSPC will meet as often as necessary, but no less than once a quarter, to discuss strategic issues of the Partnership and to implement, review, and oversee initiatives at all levels. The PHT will make every effort to educate and fully brief HSPC members about current business initiatives, business plans including executive plans and plans relating to bonds, and the environment in which the PHT currently operates. Opportunities for recommendations will be made available to Partnership participants with respect thereto.   • General Partner (a) The business, property and affairs of the Partnership shall be managed under the sole, absolute and exclusive direction of the General Partner, which may from time to time delegate authority to officers or to others to act on behalf of the Partnership.

  • New Partners No person shall be admitted as a Partner of the Partnership except with the consent of all the Partners who shall determine the terms and conditions upon which such admission is to be effective.

  • Joint Union/Management Committee It shall be appropriate for either the Union or the University to request that a Joint Union/Management committee be convened, with Environmental Health and Safety as a participating member, to discuss health and safety concerns and to explore options for addressing those concerns through appropriate training or other approaches.

  • Union-Management Committee There shall be a union/management committee comprised of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the Union and four (4) employer representatives. The Committee's purpose is to provide and promote effective and meaningful communication of information and ideas and to make joint recommendations on matters of concern. Matters that are properly the subject of an individual grievance will not be discussed at this committee. The Committee will meet quarterly, unless agreed otherwise, at a time and place mutually agreed to provided there is business for their joint consideration. The parties will exchange agenda items at least one (1) week prior to the meeting. The parties further agree the Committee may meet at any time its members mutually agree a meeting should be held. The duties of the Chairperson will be shared by the parties. Copies of the minutes shall be provided to Committee members. The employer agrees to pay for time spent during regular working hours for representatives of the union attending such meetings. The parties may utilize video or teleconferencing services for the purposes of committee members attending committee meetings, where appropriate and available. Neither party can unreasonably deny an initiative to utilize video or teleconferencing services.

  • EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 33.01 (a) An Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be established within three (3) months of the signing of the Collective Agreement. The Union Representative shall provide the names of up to three (3) elected Employees and the Employer shall provide the names of up to three (3) appointed representatives to sit on the EMAC.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.

  • Business Partners Red Hat has entered into agreements with other organizations (“Business Partners”) to promote, market and support certain Software and Services. When Client purchases Software and Services through a Business Partner, Red Hat confirms that it is responsible for providing the Software and Services to Client under the terms of this Agreement. Red Hat is not responsible for (a) the actions of Business Partners, (b) any additional obligations Business Partners have to Client, or (c) any products or services that Business Partners supply to Client under any separate agreements between a Business Partner and Client.

  • UNION MANAGEMENT CONSULTATION COMMITTEE 28.00 The Union and the Employer agree to establish/maintain a Union Management Consultation Committee which shall be comprised of two (2) representatives of the Local Union and two (2) representatives of the Employer. A person designated by the Union and the Employer shall alternate as the Chairperson.
