HQO-associated reporting to the LHIN. Pursuant to the Excellent Care For All Act, 2010, the hospital will prepare a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) for submission to Health Quality Ontario (HQO) in a form prescribed by HQO on timelines established by that agency. In addition to meeting this statutory obligation, the hospital agrees:
HQO-associated reporting to the LHIN. Pursuant to the Excellent Care for All Act, 2010, the Health Service Provider will prepare a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) for submission to Health Quality Ontario (HQO) in a form prescribed by HQO on timelines established by that agency starting from fiscal year 2014/15. In addition to meeting this statutory obligation, the Health Service Provider agrees:  to provide the LHIN with a draft version of their QIP 30 days prior to its submission to HQO;  to ensure LHIN comments are provided to the Health Service Provider’s quality committee for consideration when finalizing the plan;  to report to the LHIN each fiscal quarter, the Health Service Provider’s progress on achieving the targets identified in the QIP, and be prepared to discuss progress at quarterly performance meetings;  to submit to the LHIN, 30 days prior to its submission to HQO, its annual report on the achievement of its QIP targets. In addition to meeting this statutory obligation, the Health Service Provider agrees to submit to the LHIN, at least 30 days prior to its submission to HQO: o • a draft version of the Quality Improvement Plan o • a draft version of its annual report on the achievement of its Quality Improvement targets

  • Reporting to Work All Contractor personnel shall report to their appropriate supervisor upon arrival at a CCI work location. Contractor Management shall ensure that Contractor personnel are given safety orientations for familiarization with potential job site hazards and emergency procedures.

  • Objections to New Subprocessors (a) If Customer has a legitimate reason under Data Protection Law to object to the new Subprocessors’ processing of Personal Data, Customer may terminate the Agreement (limited to the Cloud Service for which the new Subprocessor is intended to be used) on written notice to SAP. The Participating TO at the Interconnection Customer’s expense shall cause the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities to be operated, maintained and controlled in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA. The CAISO and Participating TO may provide operating instructions to the Interconnection Customer consistent with this LGIA and Participating TO and CAISO operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time. The Participating TO and CAISO will consider changes to their operating protocols and procedures proposed by the Interconnection Customer.
