Human Resources Department Director. Any unit member or any official of the Union may notify Human Resources Department Director in writing that a grievance exists, stating the particulars of the grievance and, if possible, the nature of the determination desired. Such notification must be received within twenty eight calendar days from the date of the alleged grievance. The Human Resources Department Director, or his/her designated representative, who in the case of a grievance alleging discrimination shall be the EEO Coordinator, shall have twenty-five workdays in which to investigate the merits of the complaint, to meet with the complainant, and, if the complainant is not the Union, to meet also with the officials of the Union, and to settle the grievance. No grievance may be processed under paragraph (3) below which has not first been filed and investigated in accordance with this paragraph (2).

  • In General A. To provide all services in the Contract Type and in the Service Area, specified in Section I of this Contract.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Disability If, as a result of the Executive's incapacity due to physical or mental illness, the Executive shall have been absent from his duties with the Company on a full-time basis for six months and within 30 days after written notice of termination is thereafter given by the Company the Executive shall not have returned to the full-time performance of the Executive's duties, the Company may terminate this Agreement for "Disability."

  • Termination of Employment Executive's employment hereunder may be terminated under the following circumstances:

  • Salary No salary will be paid to a Member for the performance of his or her duties under this Agreement unless the salary has been approved in writing by a Majority of the Members.

  • Long Service Leave All employees shall be entitled to long service leave in accordance with the relevant State Legislation. The employer will ensure that any registration necessary for the purposes of portable long service schemes will be undertaken.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Base Salary During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay Executive a base salary at the annual rate of $ , payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company’s usual payment practices. Executive shall be entitled to such increases in Executive’s base salary, if any, as may be determined from time to time in the sole discretion of the Board.
