Identifying new Members and Supporters. As mentioned before, all Founding Members are active organizations in the ICT and Ageing fields, with good network of contacts, both at national and international levels. Also, they are experienced in collaborating in EU level projects and initiatives, which facilitates reaching different stakeholders in various countries. Thus, there are several opportunities for Founding Members presenting the AgeingWell Network and motivating other people to become involved in it. In this sense, Founding Members can identify new actors for the AgeingWell Network, among other means, through:  Events, seminars, conferences, etc they might attend to;  EU projects they are involved in;  Commercial contacts made during the daily professional activities;  Information and news on ICT and Ageing fields presenting relevant organisations and/or projects. At the application stage, the AgeingWell Network had already identified a list of interesting national and European networks and key competence centres, which should be contacted in order to establish relevant synergies:  Ageing Platform Brussels (xxx.xxx-xxxxxxxx.xxx/XX/): it aims to voice and promote the interests of older people in the European Union and to raise awareness of the issues that concern them most. XXX is involved in a range of policy and information activities to put older people’s issues on the EU agenda and to support networking among older people’s groups.   • Training Plan Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Good Shepherd shall develop a written plan (Training Plan) that outlines the steps Good Shepherd will take to ensure that: (a) all Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding Good Shepherd’s CIA requirements and Compliance Program, including the Code of Conduct and (b) all Relevant Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding: (i) the Federal health care program requirements regarding eligibility for hospice services upon initial admission, recertification for continued stay, and for Continuous Care, Respite Care, and General Inpatient Care; (ii) the role of physicians in making eligibility determinations; (iii) the accurate coding and submission of claims; (iv) policies, procedures, and other requirements applicable to the documentation of medical records; (v) the personal obligation of each individual involved in the claims submission process to ensure that such claims are accurate; (vi) applicable reimbursement statutes, regulations, and program requirements and directives; (vii) the legal sanctions for violations of the Federal health care program requirements; and (viii) examples of proper and improper eligibility determinations, documentation, and claims submission practices. The Training Plan shall include information regarding the training topics, the categories of Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons required to attend each training session, the length of the training, the schedule for training, and the format of the training. Within 30 days of the OIG’s receipt of Good Shepherd’s Training Plan, OIG will notify Good Shepherd of any comments or objections to the Training Plan. Absent notification by the OIG that the Training Plan is unacceptable, Good Shepherd may implement its Training Plan. Good Shepherd shall furnish training to its Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons pursuant to the Training Plan during each Reporting Period.

  • New Jobs Any new job or jobs created by technological or mechanization changes shall be offered to present employees capable of being trained to perform the new or changed job and the Employer will provide such training. During training, the employee will maintain his/her rate. It is understood that the training herein referred to is on the job and not to exceed sixty (60) days. Certain specialized technical jobs may require additional and off-site training. An employee whose job is eliminated, if any, and who cannot be placed in a job of equal grade shall receive saved grade until such time as that employee fails to bid or apply for a position in the employee’s former wage level. The obligation hereinabove set forth shall not be construed to, in any way, abridge the right of the Employer to make such changes.

  • New Teacher Orientation The Association shall have the opportunity to participate in the opening in-service day including speakers for the sole purpose of greeting new faculty members and informing them of the opportunities available to them through joining their professional association.

  • Contractor’s Staff Identification Contractor shall provide, at Contractor’s expense, all staff providing services under this Contract with a photo identification badge.

  • Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without the employee's consent. If an employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit, the employee shall retain seniority acquired at the date of leaving the unit, but will not accumulate any further seniority. If such an employee later returns to the bargaining unit, the employee shall be placed in a job consistent with the employee's seniority. Such return shall not result in the layoff or bumping of an employee holding greater seniority.
