If You Need Service. If you require Service for your Eligible Equipment, you may receive assistance by going to xxx.xxxx.xx/XXXxxxxxxx. If the issue is not resolved, and a Xxxx Canada customer service representative determines that you have a hardware failure, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer of your Eligible Equipment to determine if there is coverage under your manufacturer’s warranty. Xxxx Canada will not maintain, repair, replace, or request service for any hardware component of your Eligible Equipment.

If You Need Service. Service shall be rendered during normal working hours and within the territory serviced by FWSC’s Administrator. The Administrator will make a reasonable effort to arrange for service outside of the territory serviced. In the event the Administrator is unable to arrange for service outside of the territory serviced, the Administrator at its sole discretion may elect to reimburse You for the cost of necessary repairs up to a reasonable and customary amount for such repairs. For customer assistance in obtaining service under this Agreement, please contact Conn’s through its website at xxx.xxxxx.xxx, check your local listings for your nearest Conn’s Service Center, or call 0-000-000-0000, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m., Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m., Central Time. All service issues should be reported as soon as possible to prevent delays. It is Your sole responsibility, to protect the Product from further damage, If a carry-in plan was purchased, You will responsible for delivering the Product to Your nearest Conn’s Service Center or Conn’s retail store. We may also elect to provide You a pre-paid shipping label to mail in Your Product for service. At the time of service You may have the option to purchase in-home service for an additional fee. If an in-home plan was purchased, service will be provided in the home. It may be necessary for a Product to be removed from the home to complete repairs, but in such instances the Administrator will be responsible for all costs associated with transportation to and from the home. Please take precautions to protect software and data on Your Product before repairs.

  • School Year Employment If an employee is employed on the basis of a school year and such employment contemplates absences from the State payroll during the summer months or vacation periods scheduled by the Appointing Authority which occur during the regular school year, the employee shall nonetheless remain eligible for an Employer Contribution, provided that the employee appears on the regular payroll for at least one (1) working day in the payroll period immediately preceding such absences.

  • Disability Separation A. An employee with permanent status may be separated from service when the Employer determines that the employee is unable to perform the essential functions of the employee’s position due to a mental, sensory, or physical disability, which cannot be reasonably accommodated. Determinations of disability may be made by the Employer based on an employee’s written request for disability separation or after obtaining a written statement from a licensed physician or licensed mental health professional. The Employer can require an employee to obtain a medical examination, at Employer expense, from a licensed physician or licensed mental health professional of the Employer’s choice. Evidence may be requested from the licensed physician or licensed mental health professional regarding the employee’s limitations.

  • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.

  • Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.

  • Cyclic Year Employment The Employer may fill a position with a cyclic year appointment for positions scheduled to work less than twelve (12) full months each year, due to known, recurring periods in the annual cycle when the position is not needed. At least fifteen (15) days before the start of each annual cycle, incumbents of cyclic year positions will be informed, in writing, of their scheduled periods of leave without pay in the ensuing cycle. Such periods of leave without pay will not constitute a break in service. When additional work is required of a cyclic position during a period for which the position was scheduled for leave without pay, the temporary work will be offered to the incumbent. The incumbent will be allowed at least three (3) working days in which to accept or decline the offer. Should the incumbent decline the work, it will be offered to other cyclic employees, in the same classification, with the necessary skills and abilities, in order of seniority, before being filled by other means.

  • Route of Haul PURCHASER shall furnish to STATE, at the time of making request for scaling approval, a map showing the scaling location and the precise route which shall be used to haul logs from the timber sale area to the scaling location. Such route shall be the most direct haul route between the two points, unless another route is approved by STATE. The route of haul may be changed only with advance notice to and approval by STATE. Upon loading at the timber sale area, a log load shall be directly hauled to an approved scaling location, if required to be scaled. Log loads shall not be stored for late delivery without written approval from STATE.

  • Duration of Employment 5.1 A seafarer shall be engaged for the period specified in Appendix 1 to this Agreement and such period may be extended or reduced by the amount shown in Appendix 1 for operational convenience. The employment shall be automatically terminated upon the terms of this Agreement at the first arrival of the ship in port after expiration of that period, unless the Company operates a permanent employment system.

  • INSERVICE 9.5.1 The District may schedule in-service training for unit members during the contract work year on designated in-service and orientation days as well as on scheduled minimum days other than the days before Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.
