Common use of Illness in Family Clause in Contracts

Illness in Family. A leave of absence without pay up to two (2) years may be granted for the purpose of caring for a sick spouse, child or parent of an employee in the bargaining unit.

Illness in Family. A leave of absence without pay of up to two one (21) years year may be granted for the purpose of caring for a sick spouse, child personal illness or parent of an employee illness in the bargaining unitimmediate family.
