ILLNESS/INJURY AT WORK. An employee who is injured while at work and is required to leave for treatment or is sent home as a result of such injury shall receive payment for the remainder of her work day at her regular rate of pay without reduction of sick leave. The Employer shall bear the costs of any necessary transportation.
