Injury at Work. Any employee who may be injured during the course of his day's employment shall be paid a minimum of eight (8) hours pay for that day, if such injury requires the employee to leave the job for medical treatment by a professional medical care provider.
Injury at Work. Employees required to lose time on the day they suffer an injury while at work, will have their normal time made up by the Commission for the day of the injury.
Injury at Work. (a) An employee who is injured while at work, and is required to leave for treatment or is sent home as a result of such injury, shall receive payment for the remainder of his/her work day at his/her regular rate of pay.
(b) An employee who is injured or falls ill while at work shall be provided transportation, when necessary, at the expense of the Employer to the nearest medical clinic or physician for initial treatment.
Injury at Work. When an employee is injured at work and the examining physician recommends that the employee not return to work he shall be paid at his hourly rate of pay for the remainder of the day on which he was injured. When the examining physician states that the injured employee is not able to return to work on the same day, the employee shall be paid his hourly rate of pay for the total time lost as a result of the injury on the day of the accident. The Company shall provide transportation required for employees injured at work, to their final destination, whether it be a hospital or home.
Injury at Work. An employee injured while working in the plant shall suffer no loss of earnings for the hours he or she would have normally worked but were lost on the day in which the accident occurred. Employees will be required to provide written confirmation from the attending physician of treatment and inability to return to the workplace for the balance of the shift if requested by management.
Injury at Work. 30.01 An employee injured at work shall be paid for the balance of the shift on which the injury occurred if, as a result of such injury, the employee requires medical treatment as defined under the Workplace Safety & Insurance Act.
Injury at Work. 26.01 An Employee, who is injured on the job such that he/she cannot complete his/her shift, will nevertheless be paid the balance of his/her normal daily shift hours at his/her regular straight time hourly rate.
Injury at Work. An employee who is injured at work and is unable to continue at their job or, who is sent home by the Company because of a work related injury will be paid their regular wages for the balance of the shift on which the injury occurred. If an employee is injured at work and requires medical treatment, the Company will pay the cost to transport the employee to a hospital or clinic.
Injury at Work. An employee who is injured during working hours and is required to leave for treatment of such injury, shall receive payment for the remainder of the shift at their hourly rate of pay, unless the doctor states that the employee is fit for further work on that shift.
Injury at Work. Associates injured at work will be paid for the remainder of their scheduled shift.
