Immediate Family Definition. An employee's immediate family shall be the following relations of the employee, spouse or domestic partner: spouse, children, step- children, xxxxxx children, siblings, step-siblings, parents, step-parents, xxxxxx parents, grandchildren or grandparents. Also included are other relatives of the employee, spouse or domestic partner residing in the employee's household. Domestic partner shall be defined as provided in Section 16.01 herein.
