Immediate Leave. 19.7.1 Notwithstanding other provisions of this Regulation, an unit member against whom disciplinary action is to be taken may be immediately placed on administrative leave with pay upon verbal notification pending a hearing when the District determines that his/her presence would be detrimental to the welfare of the District, the pupils, the public, or other unit members of the District.

Immediate Leave. Upon the death of a member of the Immediate Family of an employee, such employee shall be entitled to Bereavement Leave for the four ( 4 ) consecutive working days (for full-time employees) which next follow the date of death, and the employee shall be paid at regular rate for such working days as were scheduled for the employee during these four ( 4 )

  • Vacation Leave A part-time employee shall earn vacation leave credits for each month in which the employee receives pay for at least twice the number of hours in the employee’s normal workweek, at the rate for years of service established in clause 34.02 of this Agreement, prorated and calculated as follows:

  • Scheduling of Vacation Leave In scheduling vacation leave with pay for an employee the Employer shall, subject to the operational requirements of the service, make every reasonable effort to comply with the employee's wishes.
