Implementation and Migration Services. Supplier shall perform all Implementation and migration activities associated with the installation of new and upgraded Assets, including Implementation of and Revisions to Software and Implementation and disposal of Equipment and Network Components (“Implementation and Migration” and such Services the “Implementation and Migration Services”). Supplier shall perform all Implementation and Migration Services in accordance with the County Approved Change Control Process. Supplier’s responsibilities for Implementation and Migration Services include the tasks, subtasks, and Deliverables set forth in Table 11 (Implementation and Migration Services Responsibilities) below.   • Implementation and Review The Parties shall consult annually, or as otherwise agreed, to review the implementation of this Chapter and consider other matters of mutual interest affecting trade in services. (10) 10 Such consultations will be addressed under Article 170 (Free Trade Commission) of Chapter 14 (Administration of the Agreement).

  • Preconstruction Services At the Owner’s sole discretion and upon the Owner’s written direction, pursuant to a duly issued Work Order, the Construction Manager shall perform the Preconstruction Services. The Construction Manager shall coordinate the preparation of the Contract Documents by consulting with the Owner and the Architect regarding Drawings and Specifications as they are being prepared, and recommend alternate solutions whenever design details affect construction feasibility, cost or schedules, including without limitation, providing value engineering options. The Construction Manager shall promptly notify the Owner and Architect in writing of any apparent defects in the Contract Documents for any Project when it is discovered, as well as any apparent defects in the design documents for any Project, including without limitation, the Drawings and Specifications set forth in any Work Order affecting such Project.
