Acceptance Requirements. Just like the application requirement, the admission acceptance requirement may not in any way discriminate against students and families. Recommended Acceptance Requirements The charter school should require a parent or guardian to accept admission to the charter school by notifying the school (providing multiple ways and ample time to do so) of his or her intent to attend. The charter school must notify MCSAB of the school’s anticipated student enrollment by established deadlines. A school is only required to hold a slot for a child whose parent has not accepted admission for two weeks. Thus, if an admitted student does not attend school for two consecutive weeks, that slot may be released to given to a student on the waitlist. In such cases, a charter school is required to: • Notify the parent/guardian after five days of missing school to discuss their intent to send their child to the school. • State that in order for the slot to be held, the student must attend school within the next five days. • If the student does not attend within those five days, the school may release that particular slot and fill it with a child from the waitlist (if no waitlist exists, the school may receive applications for that slot.)

For each student that has accepted enrollment and registered to attend, provide:  Name  Address  Social Security number  Birthdate  Grade  Previous school attended A school is only required to hold a slot for a child whose parent has not accepted admission for a maximum of two weeks. Seats do not need to be held for students who have not accepted admission and registered to attend at the school. If an admitted student who has registered to attend the school does not attend school for two consecutive weeks, that slot may be released and given to a student on the waitlist. In such cases, a charter school is required to:  Notify the parent/guardian of the registered student after five days of missing school to discuss their intent to send their child to the Charter School.  State that in order for the slot to be held, the student must attend school within the next five days.  If the student does not attend within those five days, the Charter School may release that particular slot and fill it with a child from the waitlist (if no waitlist exists, the Charter School may receive applications for that slot.)
Acceptance Requirements. I understand that dogs are only accepted to Raising Canine Inc., dog daycare for long term basis, after they have proven to initially meet our Daycare Acceptance Requirements over 3 different days of assessment. I understand that bringing my dog into daycare that does not meet Raising Canine Inc.’s Daycare I also understand and accept that my dog may not meet Raising Canine Inc.’s Daycare Acceptance Requirements due to many different reasons such as: never being exposed to a daycare setting while my dog was a puppy or adolescence; aging into senior stage of life; being away from daycare for an extended period of time; only being exposed to off leash play, never daycare play; being introverted; not being properly socialized; post traumatic stress disorder; and many other reasons that you might not even know about. I understand that if I have a dog that does not meet Raising Canine Inc.’s Daycare Acceptance Requirements, I can contact Raising Canine for dog training private sessions in my own home and/or for the Reactive Dog Recovery Program. I understand that a dog xxxxxx or other types of dog services may be a better alternative for my dog to receive care and attention during the day(s) when I cannot provide this myself. At the end of the maintenance period, seeded areas shall have a close stand of grass as defined above with no weeds present and no bare spots greater than 3 inches in diameter over greater than 5 percent of the overall seeded area. At least 90 percent of the grass established shall be permanent grass species. If seeded areas are deficient, the Contractor's responsibility for maintenance of all seeded areas shall be extended until deficiencies are corrected. Seeded areas to be corrected shall be prepared and reseeded in accordance with the requirements of this Section, TURF & GRASSES.‌ 2. At the time of acceptance, the Contractor shall remove temporary barriers used to protect turfgrass areas, except for RAIN GARDEN PROTECTION FENCE which is to remain in place after project completion.
