C) A Community Service Officer assigned a majority of the duties of the Lead Community Service Officer because the incumbent is on leave or the position is vacant shall be paid an additional 5% of base wage per hour in addition to the Member’s regular rate of pay for each hour of the assignment. D) Any other hourly member of the bargaining unit not covered in A – C of this article, who is temporarily assigned a majority of the duties of a higher level position because the incumbent of the higher level position is on leave or the position is vacant will be paid one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) for each hour of the assignment. E) If the Member has met the FLSA threshold, the differential in 8.13 shall be paid at the overtime rate of pay.

Leave used or cashed out shall be paid at the Member’s regular rate of pay. F) When a Member receives an assignment to temporarily fill a higher level vacant position paid on an hourly basis for fifteen days or longer, the Member will be paid for such time worked, retroactive to the first day of assignment, as if promoted. Leave used or cashed out shall be paid at the Member’s regular rate of pay.

  • Shift Differential Pay SECTION 1: In addition to compensation provided by the wage schedule, employees working between the hours of 3:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. shall be paid a shift differential premium of $.45 (forty-five cents) per hour in addition to the regular pay for those hours. SECTION 2: Employees must work a minimum of 3 (three) hours in order for shift differential to apply.

  • Shift Differential A. Shift differential will be $.60 cents per hour. B. Employees eligible for shift differential are those whose work shift begins before 6:00 a.m. or ends on or after 7:00 p.m. and are scheduled by their supervisor for a total shift of at least six (6) hours in duration. This shift differential shall not apply to those employees who have requested and have been granted flexible work scheduling.

  • Price Differential a. On each Business Day that a Transaction is outstanding, the Pricing Rate shall be reset and, unless otherwise agreed, the accrued and unpaid Price Differential shall be settled in cash on each related Price Differential Payment Date. If Seller fails to pay all or part of the Price Differential by 3:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the related Price Differential Payment Date, with respect to any Purchased Mortgage Loan, Seller shall be obligated to pay to Buyer (in addition to, and together with, the amount of such Price Differential) interest on the unpaid Repurchase Price at a rate per annum equal to the Post Default Rate until the Price Differential is received in full by Buyer. c. Seller may remit to Buyer funds in an amount up to the outstanding Purchase Price of the Purchased Mortgage Loans, to be held as unsegregated cash margin and collateral for all Obligations under this Agreement (such amount, to the extent not applied to Obligations under this Agreement, the “Buydown Amount”). The Buydown Amount shall be used by Buyer in order to calculate the aggregate Price Differential, which will accrue on the aggregate Purchase Price then outstanding minus the Buydown Amount, applied to Transactions involving the lowest Pricing Rate. The Seller shall be entitled to request a drawdown of the Buydown Amount or remit additional funds to be added to the Buydown Amount no more than one time per week. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event that a Margin Call or other Default exists, the Buyer shall be entitled to use any or all of the Buydown Amount to cure such circumstance or otherwise exercise remedies available to the Buyer without prior notice to, or consent from, the Seller. Within two (2) Business Days’ receipt of written request from Seller, and provided no Margin Call or other Default exists, Buyer shall remit any portion of such Buydown Amount back to Seller.

  • Night Shift Differential Unit 12 employees who regularly work shifts shall receive a night shift differential as set forth below: A. Employees shall qualify for the first night shift pay differential of forty (40) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift falls between 6 p.m. and 12 midnight. B. Employees shall qualify for the second night shift pay differential of fifty (50) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift fall between 12 midnight and 6 a.m. C. A "regularly scheduled work shift" are those regularly assigned work hours established by the department director or designee.

  • Shift Differentials 18.1 Employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 1400 and 2159 hours shall receive a shift differential of seventy-five cents (75¢) per hour, and employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of eighty cents (80¢) per hour. Effective January 1, 2005, for employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of one dollar ($1) per hour. Overtime shall not be calculated on the shift differential nor shall the shift differential be paid for paid absence from duty such as vacations, general holidays, etc.

  • CP Costs Payments On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to Agent (for the benefit of the Conduits) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital of each of the Conduits for the related Settlement Period in accordance with Article II.

  • Reduction of Servicing Compensation in Connection with Prepayment Interest Shortfalls In the event that any Mortgage Loan is the subject of a Prepayment Interest Shortfall, the Servicer shall, from amounts in respect of the Servicing Fee for such Distribution Date, deposit into the Collection Account, as a reduction of the Servicing Fee for such Distribution Date, no later than the Servicer Remittance Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date, an amount up to the Prepayment Interest Shortfall; provided that the amount so deposited shall not exceed the Compensating Interest for such Distribution Date. In case of such deposit, the Servicer shall not be entitled to any recovery or reimbursement from the Depositor, the Trustee, the Issuing Entity or the Certificateholders. With respect to any Distribution Date, to the extent that the Prepayment Interest Shortfall exceeds Compensating Interest (such excess, a "Non-Supported Interest Shortfall"), such Non-Supported Interest Shortfall shall reduce the Current Interest with respect to each Class of Certificates, pro rata based upon the amount of interest each such Class would otherwise be entitled to receive on such Distribution Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there shall be no reduction of the Servicing Fee in connection with Prepayment Interest Shortfalls related to the Relief Act or bankruptcy proceedings and the Servicer shall not be obligated to pay Compensating Interest with respect to Prepayment Interest Shortfalls related to the Relief Act or bankruptcy proceedings.

  • Differential Pay Section 1( A). Geographic Area Pay. Classifications C4115, C4116, C4207, C4209, C4211, C4213, C4215, C4221, C4223, C4225: Prevailing basic rates in specific geographical areas for employment of limited duration less than one hundred twenty (120) days will be approved.
