In-service Committee. As necessary and upon the mutual agreement of the Parties, an in-service committee shall be created. The committee shall consist of not more than four (4) Association members and not more than four (4) Employer representatives. The function of the committee shall be to develop and implement, as needed, training programs related to exempt employees and administrative leave, workload management, and/or performance management/appraisal for managers and/or supervisors of exempt employees and exempt employees.
