INCOME PROTECTION SCHEME. The parties shall identify an appropriate provider of an income protection scheme. It is a term of the Agreement that the Company will pay Top-up/24 Hour Accident/Sick Insurance under an agreed fund from the date of agreement, provided the cost of same is neutral to the Company.
INCOME PROTECTION SCHEME. 36.1 All employees who are members of the Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union to whom this enterprise agreement applies, shall be covered by a Sickness and Accident Income Protection Plan, approved and endorsed by the Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union.
36.2 The employer agrees to the collection of funds deducted from employee wages and be responsib le for sending it off to the relevant insurance provider as advised by the union. This agreement allows for a company contribution of 1.2% of base salary (including GST and Stamp Duty) to be paid to a nominated insurer of the union’s choice. Brambles will allow the insurer to present its policy and package to all employees prior to signing up.
36.3 The Company will have no responsibility whatsoever with respect to the scheme’s operation. Any changes to the scheme resulting in an increased cost shall be met by the employee. The company shall not alter the contributions until discussed and agreed with employees.

INCOME PROTECTION SCHEME.
a) The Company will provide all employees covered by this Agreement, Income Protection Insurance via the Protect
b) At the time of making this agreement, Employees will be provided cover up to $1200/week. This will be increased to cover up to $1400/week commencing 1st Jan 2025.
c) Upon request from an Employee, the Company will provide documentary evidence that the Company has taken out a policy with the relevant scheme. A summary of the benefits available to employees via the Protect is provided in Schedule E of this Agreement 47 COMPANY PLANT
a) All Company plant is to be properly supervised and maintained, to minimise loss or down time. Employees are to regularly inspect plant in their control and promptly report any defects as directed by the Company
INCOME PROTECTION SCHEME.
a) It is a term of the Agreement the Company will pay Income Protection Insurance (to a maximum of $18.00) on behalf of the employees from the date of agreement. Upon request from an employee, the company will provide documentary evidence that the company has taken out a policy with the relevant scheme. For a summary of scheme please refer to Schedule E.

INCOME PROTECTION SCHEME. It is recognised by both Parties that long term sickness or injuries can happen to anyone and can have a devastating affect on the individual’s personal and financial affairs. One way of addressing this is to provide some form of income protection at a reasonable cost. This cost will be borne by the employer.
INCOME PROTECTION SCHEME. Company employees may elect to contribute to a scheme of income protection available through any one of the unions party to this Agreement. Upon receipt of written authority form from an employee, the Company will deduct the appropriate contribution from the employee's pay and remit it to the Scheme Manager an a regular basis.
INCOME PROTECTION SCHEME. The Employer agrees to enter into and fund an Income Protection Insurance Policy to cover all Employees covered by this Agreement at the prevailing market rate. The preferred insurance policy is PayCover by CoverForce Pty. Ltd, no other policy will be accepted by the parties unless it provides Employees with the same or superior benefits.
